Data handling
No personal data is collected. You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use this study pack.
PDF generation is local. When you export a study pack, the PDF is generated entirely inside your web browser using client-side libraries. No subject selections, topic preferences, or generated documents are ever transmitted to our servers.
No server-side storage. We do not operate a backend database for storing user content, selections, or study progress.
Analytics-free experience. We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any other analytics platform to track page views, clicks, or user journeys.
No tracking
No cookies for tracking. We do not set advertising cookies, persistent tracking cookies, or any third-party cookies that follow you across the web.
No fingerprinting. We do not use browser fingerprinting, canvas fingerprinting, or any device identification techniques.
No behavioral profiling. We do not build profiles of users, infer interests, or personalize content based on past behavior.
Embedded content. We do not embed third-party videos, social media widgets, or external scripts that could track visitors.
Student protections
FERPA compliance. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. § 1232g) protects the privacy of student education records. Because we collect no education records and require no student identification, FERPA obligations do not arise for student users of this public study aid.
COPPA compliance. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506) requires parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 or any age group.
CIPA compliance. The Children's Internet Protection Act requires age-appropriate content and safety measures for minors. All content is educational, free of advertising, and suitable for grades 9–12.
No social or communication features. There are no chat rooms, comment sections, user forums, or peer-to-peer messaging capabilities that could expose students to inappropriate contact.
No advertising. We do not display banner ads, pop-ups, sponsored content, or affiliate marketing that could distract students or collect data for ad targeting.
Accessibility & inclusion
WCAG 2.1 AA target. We aim for sufficient color contrast, semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable controls, and alt text on images so students using assistive technologies can access content.
ADA / Section 508. Exported PDFs are text-based and readable by screen readers, supporting equal access for students with disabilities.
Inclusive content. Curriculum is presented without targeting or excluding any protected class under Title VI, Title IX, or Section 504.
Third-party services
No external data processors. We do not share data with advertising networks, analytics providers, or social media platforms because no user data is collected.
Hosting. The site is served over HTTPS. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be retained by the hosting infrastructure for operational security and are not used to identify or profile individual students.
CDN & fonts. If fonts or static assets are loaded from a content delivery network, those requests are subject to the CDN provider's privacy practices. No user-specific data is attached to those requests.
